This watch is amazing.
First the poor quality that I exposed in my last post and now this.
I have browsed the forums and tried everything factory reset un install everything and all of a sudden a full charge now lasts only for 4 hours.
You do not provide support.
You do not change battery.
You do not offer any kind of assistance.
This is utmost disrespect to the costumers.
I won't buy anything from your brand again.

I'd like to let you know that we are always striving to improve the Fitbit experience with our products and services, therefore, the feedback that's shared here in the Community Forums is always appreciated and really helpful for us to evaluate our procedures and make sure that we are delivering what our users want and need.
The battery of our Ionic device was designed to last 5 days but this also depends on how frequently you use its features. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much. After doing so, please this help article for more tips and recommendations. Such article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
