Hi, my ionic is not holding a charge. I've been having to charge it daily. I've tried resetting it, turning on and off and even did 2 factory resets with no improvement. It was plugged in all night charging last night and battery only lasted until 2pm today. I've also turned off all notifications, using standard clock and do not play music on it at all.

I recently encountered the same issue. Battery used to last 3-4 days, but now it's suddenly down to hours (<12hrs). Plus, syncing has been sporadic - that started at the same time the battery issue did (3 days ago).
Did anyone at Fitbit respond to your battery inquiry?

Also, the clock is running slow. It falls behind about 5 to 7 minutes per hour.

No I have not heard from anyone as of yet.
