I have a problem with my battery. It won't charge. It is totally dead. I tried yesterday to reset, and then the watch said 0% battery. I have tried different contacts, USB and charging by pc. But now there is no power at all!!. Nothing works. It's dead.... When I plug in the charger on my watch, there is a green light flashing one time. But nothing else happens. Sorry for my English, I'm Danish.

@SilviaFitbit Thanks a lot. I'm looking forward to hear from them. I have just seen, that my watch exactly is 2 years old. I don't hope it's meant to breake almost the day after the warranty ends!

Mine is not turning on either. It was fully charged 1 night ago then around the next evening I checked the time an watch was dead. Now won’t charge, no response at all when i plug the cable in. Tried different usb plugs etc and cables and different power outlets. No response at all from my fitbit. Very frustrating as I use it daily...

Join the club ... By any chance was watch performing a firmware update? I have now 2 Ionic's that were fully charged then bricked once a firmware update was performed.

Silvia, Why does your support team never get back to anyone with a solution? You can see on Fitbit forum the number of people with dead Ionic's once a firmware update is performed and watch was fully charged.

@Jordangreen7 @melo2389 @ForsakenMule
"Fitbit help" has now closed my case, and offered me a discount on 25% on a new watch! They couldn't help me because my watch is 42 days to old, according to the warranty. If that is the help they can offer, I won't buy another fitbit product, and it is difficult for me, to recommend Fitbit products to others. I have no plans in buying a new watch every 2 years. So I am now looking for another watch!
I just thought you should have an update, now you have followed the case. /Tina

Yip i have been told the same, 37 days over the 2 years. Absolute joke. I will never buy a fitbit product again if this doesn’t get resolved, shame as I love my watch and the User friendliness of it.
Thanks for replying

Fitbit has a real problem and they won’t admit it. I got about 46 days out of my Fitbit ionic. Do not buy the watch at 25% off. It is more than likely a refurbished Ionic with limited battery life.

Don't worry, I won't buy there watches. They are to expensive even with the discount.
I think it's sad, cause I really liked there watches.

I too have tried cleaning the contacts, tried a known working charger (charges my fiances Ionic no problem), tried holding the left and bottom right buttons for a bit, charged for 30-60 between all steps, overnight at times, tried the Konami code, nothing works.
If the warranty is 1 year, I'm also over it by a few months, like a lot of people here. Hopefully there's some solution that doesn't involve just buying another potential failure at a discount. If only I could use a non-fitbit tracker with the fitbit ecosystem (without hax)...
