When I charge my Ionic and then go to the App and request it to sync the battery indication never agree. This has been going on for a long time.

Hi @Nivrat46,
It needs to fully sync in order to show the current battery status on the app. Have you tried clearing the Fitbit app cache?

Not sure how to clear Fitbit cache. I have synced it by pulling down the app page and going to the page that says sync now. They both say sync complete but the watch will show 99% and the app will show something else.

Hi @Nivrat46,
Clearing the cache is easy. Go to your phone settings, then the app settings. There, you will see all the apps on your phone. Find the Fitbit one and tap it. You should have some sort of a button that says "Clear Cache". Tap that and you have now cleared the app cache.
