Is there a setting to turn on a warning for when the battery gets low? I get no warning and a few times I’ve not realised I’ve just been wearing a watch like bracelet! With my charge 2 I used to get warnings would be great if this could be implemented and get a 20% 15% 10% battery low warning.
Also worn my Ionic in the shower whilst listening to music so I could forward tracks however the ionic recognises the drops of hot water like your finger so it randomly keeps forwarding tracks which is frustrating ☹️
Many help?
thanks

You can activate a low battery notification in the settings. You can get both a notification and and email.
For water activating the screen, turn off the auto screen wake.

The setting you need to change is in settings on the web dashboard.

Annie, Go to WWW.Fitbit.com Dashboard and click on the Gear Icon at the upper right and then click on Ionic and then click on Notifications. The top selection is Low Battery --see below:

Ok managed to find it, against battery both mobile and email is already selected but I don’t get any alerts!! I’ve checked my emails and defo have had no alerts to my mobile ☹️ Fitbit notification is even selected in the app to receive these
Why does the watch not alert you like the charge 2 does?

OK Anna. Uncheck both Email and Mobile, scroll down and click Save and Sync your tracker. Then, go back to the Setting page and check both Mobile and Email and scroll down to click Save and Sync your Tracker again. That should do it.
