Beginning with my ionic

I just purchased my first fitbit and have no clue on what's going on.  I downloaded and read the manual off the website, put half of what's talked about isn't even on my ionic. Please help a newbie

Let's start with settings. How did I access setting settings on my ionic? Guide says tap the settings icon, but I can't find one other than in the running screen

Setting on the watch just gives a fee options not what you are looking for. But if you swipe to the right you will see the different screens

But on your Phone app if you tap on the Icon right upper corner there is a Disc like thing. Tap it and scroll down through the different options you want to change

Computer: can be done from the Dashboard. Click on the gear and choose settings.Scroll thru and change what you want
