Ionic not charging

My ionic won’t charge up, I’ve tried to reset using middle & bottom right button but still nothing. Anyone else had this problem, does it need to go back for a replacement.  I’ve tried two charging cables.  The battery was completely empty.

Ace you tried charging through a known good wall phone charger? I would leave it on the phone charger for at least 4 hours, if the battery is as dead as you imply, it might take 3 hours of charging before any life on the ionic is seen. Then two or more hours to charge it. 

That has been my experience with the Charge 2 and Blaze when they have been real dead. 

That is a good step trying two cables.

Thanks, I'll try another plug. I had been trying apple plug but I've had problems with other products not charging with it.  Had used it previously, thanks.

I had the same problem. I was about to return it to the store and get a new one, but it just didn't make sense to me that it would suddenly stop working. I've only had it about 2 months So, I had to hold it for more like 15-20 seconds and then, presto, it came on.
