Calendar notifications

I can get all other notifications except calendar. I’ve tried all troubleshooting. Anyone getting calendar notifications?

@Kimkbrowz Welcome to the Fitbit family! Calendar notifications should work properly. What kind of iOS device do you have? Also, what calendar app are you using?

Please verify your phone settings:

Open the settings app and confirm the following:

• Bluetooth (needs to be on).
• Do Not Disturb (needs to be off).
• Notifications (for Calendar notifications make sure Allow Notifications and Show in History are on).

Then on the Fitbit App, go to Notifications (Account > your watch's image) and turn each notification category on or off depending on your preferences. If you want to see calendar notifications, make sure any other calendar apps are synced with your default calendar app. Only the default app sends notifications. 

If you are using another calendar app; tap "App Notifications" and make your choices. If an installed app is missing from the list, sync your device and then check again. Sync your device to make the changes effective. 

Additionally, turn on the notification setting on your Ionic (On the clock screen, swipe right to bring up the shortcuts screen).

Do you actually get notifications from your calendar app on your phone? That's the first step that has to work, as the Ionic only shows those notifications, that you also see on your phone.
