Is it best to let Ionic go all the way down or charge often whenever it is off your wrist?

The best way to charge it is when the Ionic is asking you to charge it.

 

As soon as the red battery icon appears on the screen you should plug it in. Even though it really means that it has about 24 hours of charge.
