I wanted to update my clock face to match my updated Bitmoji so I followed all the steps. I think it actually worked the first time, but then I tapped update again by mistake and I lost it all. Now it says Connected Preparing to Teleport but nothing happens for hours! One time it started showing progress but even when I woke up the next morning it was not finished. When it finally finished, it really wasn't updated because the only Bitmoji I see is the one in the attached picture.
How can I get it to work again? All of my devices are updated to the correct versions.

I appreciate the screenshot shared and the details mentioned.
I would like you to change your clock face and uninstall the Bitmoji one. Once, you've done this, please install it again and follow the procedure.

I am unable to remove the Bitmoji clock face. Every time I click Unsave clock face, it refreshes automatically and it's back.

@karenmf Thanks for getting back.
I would like you to confirm you're doing this procedure to uninstall the clock face from your Ionic:
- Go to your Fitbit app
- Tap on Ionic > clock faces
- Tap on Bitmoji > Remove clock face
- Tap on Remove
- Switch to a saved clock face
If that's the procedure you're doing but it's still not working, please log out from the app, force quit it and try again.
