Bitmoji Watch Face

When I had a Versa the Bitmoji watch face worked. Now that I have an ionic, there is only  one face shown, it never changes. Has anyone else had this issue? I have turned to watch off and back on, I have reinstalled the clock face and made sure it was connected to my SnapChat!

No I have not had the problem. Try a restart do it 3 times and see if it helps
