Ionic replacement after outage

Just a note to suggest calling Fitbit for a replacement if your Ionic suddenly qui. My ionic quit working last week without warning. I called and did the resets they suggested, which did not work, and was immediately offered a replacement. Just passing this along.

I had the same thing happen back in May (just at the year mark). They were great and sent me a replacement one.  But the "replacement" now did the same thing only about 5 weeks into the replacement one,  and now the only thing that they will is give me a coupon towards a new one.  Very disappointing outcome. so now I ask myself do I want a new one? And will this happen again in a year.  I hope they sent you a good replacement.
