Bitmoji clock face says it’s incompatible-Ionic

My bitmoji clock face will not download nor will Spotify, I have updated all apps and yet it still it is saying it’s incompatible. Any ideas on how to fix it.

Please make sure to follow these instructions to install the Bitmoji clock face. If you continue having the same problem, please restart and set up your Watch as a replacement device:

1. Tap the Today tab , and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

If the instructions shared above don't work, please attach a screen shot of the error message for further investigation.
