Bitmoji clock face stuck at teleporting 2%

I just installed the Bitmoji face clock and it's stuck at Settings> Connecting: Teleporting to smartwatch...2% 

I couldn't find a way to report this so I'll try here. My watch is an Ionic.

I just got my fitbit versa special edition and mine has been stuck on 3 percent for weeks now...
