My 2 month old ionic doesnt work anymore. It gives a black screen (after the battery was empty). I have loaded the devices several hours on different USB loaders, pc's and Mac. Screen is still black/device dead. I have tried the reset, with the button left and right button below for 10, 15 and 20 seconds. but still a black screen. Anybody an idea what I can do anymore?
In another post I read someone being successful with this solution. Put device on charge do the restart keeping the buttons pressed for 15 sec. If nothing happens wait for 5 min. and repeat the restart. Try this a few times. If still unsuccessful contact customer support.
I have my Ionic for one and half day and the screen suddenly turned off this evening after a swimming session. It doesn't respond to any combination of button long-presses. I even tried it while charging it. Is it a dead device now?
How dit you solve your problem? I have the same problem on this moment. I put my ionic on the charger and I pickt iT up an half hour later and he didnt work Anymore.
