Put ionic Fitbit on to charge. Will not turn back on. Have already tried to reset with the left and the right button any other suggestions. Thank you.

Did you hold the bottom right button and the left button down for several seconds? Mine was doing the same thing and I read to do that. I held them down for like 10 seconds and thought it was a bust but then it totally worked.
