All of a sudden, my Fitbit Ironic screen went black! Nothing! I have tried every self fix listed and still NOTHING! Holding the buttons, charging for 14 hrs, still NOTHING! Here is my case number 30362507. I have not received any emails on how to get my watch repaired!! HELP!
