Blank screen

 So I just did the new update as of march 21 and before rhis my fitbit was working just fine. Not a single issue now the screen will power down and wont turn back on unless I do a hard reset. It will come back for a minute or two then the screen goes blank again. Also phone wont sync during all this

By "hard reset", do you mean RESTART? If not, do the RESTART.

If it were me, I would try the Restart several more times and, if that doesn't do the trick, you need to contact Customer Support.

 

If, when screen is back for a minute or two, you can try a Factory Reset. Swipe right and click on Settings and scroll down to About and scroll down to Factory Reset.  This puts the tracker back to the day you took it out of the box so everything you have added or changed will be erased.
