I would try the restart a couple more times. Can I just check that you are pressing and holding the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen (if the screen works that is!).
Unfortunately the restart is the only real tool we have to try and fix issues with our fitbits so if that's not working then it doesn't look good. Fortunately, it sounds like you are still within the warranty period so I would suggest contacting customer support via the following link. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com
