Ionic has stopped tracking active minutes correctly.

I tracked a run for 68 minutes and a hike for 104 minutes, but my Ionic only shows 34 active minutes. It stopped tracking the active minutes correctly only 6 days ago. I have not changed anything in settings. The only thing changed was I adjusted my time zone since we traveled into different zone.

I just had the same problem. Try resetting by holding down the left button and the bottom right button at the same time. When you see the Fitbit icon you should be good. Move around to test.
