Ionic watch time approx 2 hours wrong synced to correct now ok, A day later same again tried to sync would not connect to laptop. reset watch tried again to sync would not connect to laptop. any ideas, the is a new watch purchased on the 24/10/18 not even 10 months old. has anybody had the same problems.

My watch is 5 hr 8 minutes fast
