Periodically, the clock face settings will return to the defaults. When I manually sync, they return. The developer says it’s a firmware issue so I’m asking when the next issue will be released. I’ve got the latest of 27.32.4.19.
Thank you.

I've noticed that mine reverts to default occasionally too. I've been monitoring it on a theory it's when I put my ionic on to charge as I understand this is when it will connect to wifi and update the apps. I'm using Linear Clockface.
Do you have any more information on the firmware issue that we could put to fitbit as this is the first time I have heard of the problem.
I would not expect a response re the next firmware update - fitbit have never pre-announced updates.

Steve,
Thanks for the info. I was told about the likely fix being in the next firmware release by the clock face vendor. I haven’t paid close attention to when it happens, but your explanation sounds good. I like the clock face too much to give it up, so I’ll deal with it.

My theory is a red herring - mine just reverted to default when not on charge and for no reason that I can tell

I've developed my own watch-face with changeable theme colours, but after swiping up to access the days stats, then pressing the left button to go back, the watch-face resets to the original colours programmed by me (i.e orange) also pressing left and bottom right buttons together briefly (watch reset) does the same. Unfortunately as a beginner in JavaScript, SVG I'm no closer to resolving the issue.

I see your post below which says the issue has been solved but your 'go to solution' button will not work for me. It jumps down to previous posted when I click on it. Please share a link or write out the solution. Thank you.
