Blaze Battery

I purchased a Blaze in June 2020, had difficulty getting the watch charged and synced to my phone from the onset. Recently last week my watch battery was low so I started charging it however it was unresponsive and died. The watch will not accept a charge, I cleaned the ports, the watch and used different chargers to a wall plug and nothing.

Anyone had success getting their watch back up and running?

I have tried troubleshooting with the Fitbit support and sadly their suggestions didn't work.

Anyone have ideas how to get the watch working?

FitBit is not replacing my watch, they offered me a 35% discount on a new one.

I need help getting my watch to charge, any advice is welcome.

Thank you.

Naomi

Hi

I make an error it is my New Ionic that wouldn’t charge for a few days not my Blaze, I kept calling my new watch the wrong name in error.

It actually started charging again so I am very thank ful for that!!

Thank you

Have you tried a second charging cable? Did you let the battery go dead over an extended period of time?
