Bluetooth Headphones not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Bluetooth headphones have suddenly stopped working on the ionic and it is saying that they can not be found. The headphones are pairing fine with my iPhone still so it’s not a problem with them. I have tried to search and pair them again but it keeps failing to find any Bluetooth device. What could I be doing wrong?

@Beksta I hope you're doing well! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic not connecting with your Bluetooth headphones. Thanks for trying those steps in order to sort this out.

In this case, please try performing a restart on Ionic. After that, try the pairing process once again. This has helped other users in the past.

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

@Beksta Thanks for your reply and for trying those steps to sort this out.

What kind/model of Bluetooth headphones are you using? Some headphones will have a way to put them into "pairing mode" which I have seen on the forums has helped other users. Does yours have any option to do this?

I will have a look for the instructions. They are JBL inspire 500 headphones.

I am having the same issue. My headphone worked fine and one day the sound just stopped being transferred from the watch to the headphones. Now It wont pair and if it does start to pair it goes for over ten minutes! I have turned off my watch, phone and headphones and nothing has worked.

Update: I had to do a factory reset on my headphones and a soft reset on my Ionic and the connection has been restored with full sound.
