Ionic won't pair with my Iphone though my Iphone says it's connected. Have been unable to receive notifications since I bought the watch 2 weeks ago. How can a watch this expensive have so many flaws?

Is it a watch problem, or a phone problem?

Have you checked to make sure the Ionic is not in it's DND mode?

In the notification center does Fitbit have permissions?

Has both the ionic and the phone been restarted!
