I've tried to pair my Bluetooth headphones with the Ionic. When in pairing mode, it finds the device. It says 'pairing' for a little while then it says 'connection failed'
I've also tried pairing with Bluetooth speakers but that doesn't work either.

Best AnswerI got mine to pair following the instructions from a fitbit rep, here they are:
Please attempt to restart your Ionic, and then attempt the set up for the headphones one more time.
Camilo: In order to restart the Ionic: Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
After I restarted my Ionic, it paired no problem.
Best AnswerDid anyone figure out how to resolve this issue? My Ionic was working perfectly with my Jabra 65t ear buds. Since this morning I have been trying to pair them, and it's consistently failing. I have tried factory reset, checking for updates for both the Ionic and the ear buds, restarted both the ear buds and the Ionic numerous times... Still no luck.
Please help!
