Bluetooth connection failed

I've tried to pair my Bluetooth headphones with the Ionic. When in pairing mode, it finds the device. It says 'pairing' for a little while then it says 'connection failed'

I've also tried pairing with Bluetooth speakers but that doesn't work either.

@Candicemarian, have you tried all of the steps outlined in the Fitbit Help article, How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?

I got mine to pair following the instructions from a fitbit rep, here they are:

Please attempt to restart your Ionic, and then attempt the set up for the headphones one more time.

Camilo: In order to restart the Ionic: Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.

After I restarted my Ionic, it paired no problem.

Did anyone figure out how to resolve this issue? My Ionic was working perfectly with my Jabra 65t ear buds. Since this morning I have been trying to pair them, and it's consistently failing. I have tried factory reset, checking for updates for both the Ionic and the ear buds, restarted both the ear buds and the Ionic numerous times... Still no luck.

Please help!
