I bought my ionic back in December and got it up and working good with no problems at all until the past 2 weeks. It all of a sudden stopped syncing and can't even update the firmware because it can' find my device.
I have unpaired it from my phone (Samsung galaxy s8) and tried to reconnect it but it won't even pair anymore. This is absolutely absurd for the amount of money spent on this product.

Hi
I have also had this issue...i currently cant pair my Ionic with my S8 and have tried uninstalling/resetting etc!!!! This is very frustrating.......so now im not sure what to do!!!!!
Does anyone have any fix to pair it with the S8???????

I finally got mine to pair after unpairing/deleting it from my account and
resetting it up like I just got it brand new. It was a pain and it lost the
data that wasn't synced but it has been working since. Have you tried
deleting the ionic from your account?
