On my second Ionic. First one would not connect with Bluetooth on samsung phone or tablet. Tech support no help. Returned and got new ionic. Same problem. Finally connected via my Win 10 laptop with wifi dongle. Wouldn't connect with Bluetooth on laptop either. So connected ok with wifi dongle and can sync ok but if I try to change watchface or anything else with wifi it won't let me and says make sure Bluetooth on! Why can't I do anything else with my wife connection?

Oh, I have a charge HR and a Blaze and they worked fine with bluetooth.
