@Lhie sorry, what do you mean? Turning Bluetooth off and shutdown (do not restart) and turn on your phone.
Turn in your Bluetooth and see if it possible to connect.
Anyway it is common for fitbit not able to sync for 3 days (on my experiences). Especially so during the period before/after they have a major update on apps or software OS
