Battery not charging

Hi, a couple of days ago I tried to plug in my charger, magnetic attachment on back. The magnet attaches to the watch but no charging occurs. The watch is on but the battery is low, obviously getting lower. All other functions seem fine, except I'm about to run out of battery. I purchased a new cable online but it has no affect either.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting  To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive when you try to charge it? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
