Bought my fitbit from ebay brand new and sealed retail stock 12 days ago. Now won't turn on and Fitbit say warranty not applicable as eBay is not authorised seller. So money lost and Fitbit have lost another customer. Really poor customer service.

Sorry to hear that, @Dinku!  But, if the seller is not an authorized reseller there is no way to ensure that was in fact a usable tracker when you purchased it, and the Fitbit warranty is not valid for that purchase. Have you tried to use eBay to get your money back on that purchase?
