Brand new Ionic not syncing

Can Fitbit please tell me why my brand new Ionic has stopped syncing & updating exercise and sleep data after less than a week????

Not impressed.....looks like a waste of a lot of money.

@Redhurlingcat Welcome to the Fitbit family! Are you still experiencing this? 

 

I think you may be missing some tiles on your app's dashboard and that is why you don't see some of the data. Please check this post to get them back if they happen to be missing. 

 

Also, when you go back to previous days, what data do you see? Can you also check previous days on the online dashboard to confirm?

 

Something that happens with sleep logs is that the tile will only show last night's sleep data. To see all of the previous sleep logs you need to tap the sleep tile and right there, the sleep history will appear. Same happens with exercise.

 

How are you tracking your exercise sessions? 

 

Alternatively, you can try the following too:

 

  • Log out from the Fitbit App.
  • Reboot your phone.
  • Log back in to the Fitbit App.

Check if that makes any change in the data shown on the app.
