Waiting on an email response from Fitbit. This is a replacement from Christmas. The Time is incorrect, time zone isn’t an issue.I deleted all other Fitbit’s, removed my garage door opener app from Bluetooth, I’ve done the 2 and 3 button resets several times and removed the app from my phone, just so my iPad alone would do the syncing.I really like the Ionic but these syncing issues are a nightmare. Is there another trick to get it to sync?

I’ve had a bunch of syncing issues with the Apple devices.  And it’s usually due to multiple devices having Bluetooth on .

My suggestion is to uninstall Fitbit app.  Restart iPad.

Turn off all Bluetooth thru settings (iPhone and iPad) - not thru control center (it doesn’t turn it off anymore..just muted it)

reinstall Fitbit app

go thru settings

what also helped me in the past was setting up my Fitbit away from home...I had an easier time setting up at work where I have no Bluetooth interactions
