Step-count duplicating and workout shutting off mid-workout.

Step-count duplicated, but think the agent made a good suggestion to try. Don't charge the device on a surface that vibrates... I can understand a few steps being off, but 10,000-plus?!

Also experienced the device just going back to the clock-face mid-workout twice during Circuit Training. Anyone else experienced this?

These are the two major issues experiencing aside from my banks not being partners with Fit Pay wallet...

@Renster Welcome to the Fitbit family! That is a strange behavior! The first thing I recommend you to try is performing a restart on your watch. That should help with the high amount of steps it is tracking.

Now, regarding the other situation, is the circuit training crashing when it goes back to the clock face? How long does it take for the screen to go back to the clock face? And, have you tried setting the "Screen Always On" during exercise when doing this? (Check that on the settings for that exercise).

Also, what banks would you like to see on Fitbit Pay?

Banks: Wells Fargo and Chase

I figured out a solution.

Thanks,

@Renster Thanks for your reply! I was checking and Wells Fargo is already supported! You can start using that one now. Chase is not supported yet, please feel free to vote for this Feature Suggestion asking for that bank to be added. You check the full list of supported banks here.

Also, can you share what solution you figured that helped you out? I'm sure other users would be interested on that!
