Bricked

I have an ionic that is within its one year warranty. It was bought as a present. It is currently bricked. It no longer synced. I disconnected it from Bluetooth, I tried creating a new account, I reset it holding bottom buttons, nothing. I then factory reset it, it had decent charge, but the reset bricked it. Unreactive. Buttons don’t turn on. Charging does nothing. Screen is black and unresponsive.

How do I resolve this issue please.

Just open a chat session with tech and they will send you a replacement. That's my experience anyway.

My Ionic was working fine (I have it for a year and a half) until I had to perform a factory reset. Once the reset was done, my Ionic would not turn on. Marlyn (customer service) was not really helpful and the company's conclusion after "troubleshooting" my device -> "Since you have exhausted all the troubleshooting needed in order to try solve this matter, I would like to move on to the warranty status on your device." ... they offered my 25% off on a new device.

Totally customer unfriendly. Their software bug turned it into a brick but I can pay them for a new device. Will never buy from Fitbit again!!!
