  • My ionic strap has started to come away. I've had it replaced before but when I submit a claim now it says that it isn't under warranty? Also why can't I contact Fitbit by email anymore. Very difficult to contact Fitbit now

Hi @Flammo97  the warranty is for the original period from date of purchase, even if the strap was previously replaced. You can read it here - click

Warranty (in U.S. 1 year) is from time of original purchase, not from time of replacement.

If don't want to pay for official Fitbit strap, I suggest looking on Amazon for a wide variety of third-party bands at reasonable prices.

I can't speak to fitbit contact options.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
