Broken Screen

I just spoke to Support. What a joke!! Screen is broken on my $300+ phone and the only solution is buy another one. REALLY!?!?!? I admit it was dropped while attempting to fix the strap, but no repair center, no parts, no solution??? I would expect this from Acme Watch Inc but to be one of if not the foremost manufacter of these products and have absolutely nothing for repair or parts? It would be different if they were cheap to buy, or if they were made of material not prone to abuse, but this is unreasonable. If I had realized "So sorry, tough luck"  this is the policy my family would not have bought THREE of them in the past year! I am very disappointed to say the least!

A warm welcome to the Community @IconicallyMad! Your feedback is appreciated as Fitbit is always trying to improve its products and the support that's provided. At the moment, we don't count with a repair center, rest assure that each solution that Customer Support provides is based in the Fitbit Warranty

Thanks for your understanding.

Same thing JUST happened to me. I've had it for 2 weeks and the strap disconnected while I was cleaning the band, landing in the bathroom sink, and the screen is shattered. And all they are telling me is I can buy another brand new one. If I new I was going to have to dish out this sort of cash I would have just gotten an Apple Watch.
