Ionic has been syncing fine up until last week. I have tried turning phone and fitbit on and off, uninstalled the app, turned Bluetooth off and on, tried deleting my ionic and now it won't reconnect to it. Wasted hours trying to get it up and running. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue. The sync was fine from Sept 30 to Oct 6. Zero sync success since then.

Same here as it does not sync unless I restart Ionic, which is not what I paid for.
When will Fitbit fix that bug?
