Broken button on ionic

The single button on the left hand side of the ionic is broken, is there a fitbit repair centre?

Hi @Manny1601  there is no repair center, as these devices are generally replaced under warranty, if it's necessary.

This is already a replacement, the previous one stopped charging over a year ago.

You can get with support and ask, but the warranty is one year in the US and two years in some European countries.

I don't think the replacements carry a warranty.

Warranty period begins the day of the original purchase and carries to the replacement.

I've contacted fitbit who say it's out of warranty, if I can't get it fixed the watch is pointless, thanks for your help though
