Hi

I’ve an Ionic Fitbit for just over a year. The watch face broke (detached from base of watch) this morning. Does anyone know if and where I can get this repaired? I live in Perth, Western Australia?

Hi @SoreShins.

 

Have you tried contacting customer support about the issue? They can at least check the warranty status of your device and tell you if any options a re available to you.
