Button stuck

Having issues with my Fitbit ionic left hand button that is now stiff and stuck have tried cleaning it out with a old tooth brush etc to no eval.

Hi @Ellul1989, welcome to the Community Forums!

 

If your device left button isn't working, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this doesn't improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Just hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to remove any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around it.

I am having the same issue. a week ago it was the top right button that got stuck. but yesterday, after swimming, the lower button seems to be depressed permanently even though I can click it down and it comes back up. I have tried resetting it with no luck. can you help?
