Hi,
Ionic started acting flaky about a month a ago. Device is 7 months old. First sign was that the buttons were unresponsive at times. However if I charged the device it would fix itself. Then the device would randomly go to the fitbit start up icon and freeze there. If I placed the device on the charger it would eventually come back to life. I thought it was the clock face I was using. Out of frustration did a factory reset. This solved the issue for two weeks.
This weekend the device needed a charge. I pulled the device off the charger everything looked normal but the buttons would not respond. I placed it back on the charger after an hour I got the fitbit logo agian. After several hours I returned to find the device back up but the vibration that tells you you have steps togo constantly on - again buttons un responsive. Came back an hour latter and I had walked 10,106 steps from the watch vibrating itself.
How do I get this replaced? Totally disappointed in Fitbit.
thanks,
Beyond frustrated
