Hello,
My name is Fernanda, I am Brazilian and I bought my Fitbit ionic already two years ago at Bestbuy in New Iork, and this week during a walk he was no longer beating and got a red light behind that does not turn off and the battery runs out a lot fast. I've done everything to see if it comes back, and now I'm trying to calibrate, but the calibration fails. It is connected to the charger and nothing is obscuring the sensors. It's not monitoring heart rate either, but I hope this problem is related to not being calibrated. It was 90% when I went to sleep last night and the battery ran out in the middle of the night.
I have never given this problem before, can anyone help me? Because here in my country there is no fitbit assistance. thanks!

Hi @ferts_andrade the warranty period is up, so all you can do is see what can be done on your end. Have you tried restarting the Fitbit? That's usually the first thing to try.

Yes, I already resigned but nothing has changed, it does not calibrate, does not mark the pulse and the battery runs out super fast! But as much as it is not under warranty I can not fix? just throw the clock away?
