Hi everyone,
I have had my fitbit ionic since December of last year and it has worked fantastically well, except for one minor issue.
I have noticed (bit difficult not to) a severe rise in calories burnt over the past week.
I train 4-5 times a week and on those days I usually burn around 3500-4000 calories depending on what I do during the rest of the day. It has always been very stable except for the past week which has read, starting on Sunday, 5500, 6885, 7470, 9690 and so far today (it's 08:05) 5330!
My VO2 max level has also taken a tumble from 43 down to 37!
Can anyone help me with this?
Thank you

Try resetting it.
When I have quirky things like this happen, I do a reset and it normally helps. Kinda like restarting your cellphone every now and then.

A warm welcome to the Community @JakeTPM. Sorry for the delay in the reply. I appreciate the details mentioned.
It's pretty weird that your Ionic is over counting the calories burned. Just like @KarenLeah mentioned, please restart your watch and confirm that your personal information is properly entered in your Fitbit account.
Thanks for your input @KarenLeah.
Let me know the outcome.
