Why is it when I wake up or don't wear my watch for a day it always automatically says I've burned 1,000 some odd calories a day. It is always the same exact amount but it makes no sense if I take my watch off and not wear it for a few days it still says the same amount of calories were burned. Please help.

@Brittanymc, those are your BMR Calories, the energy your body burns just to keep you alive. Those calories are in addition to ones that you burn by activity.  Check out the Fitbit help article, How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?
