Calories count on Fitbit Ionic is too high

Hi,

 

I have fitbit iconic, and it shows the number of Calories around 14,000 Cals per Day.... Which is impossible... how I can fix this problem?

This can be caused by one of your profile settings for age, weight, height etc being set wrong. You can check yours at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit

 

If they all look ok, is your step count looking ok? If they are far too high then the problem could be caused by the step counting rather than the calorie counting.

Yes.. it seems the problem was due to weight as it was 660 Kg instead of 60!....
