@Wissamst this is actually a good thing that Fitbit takes BMR into account. If you're alive, you use a certain amount of energy regardless how active you are. If you take off your tracker it will still count calories based on your BMR. Now, BMR depends on weight, height, age, gender and your muscle weight ( and probably some other things I don't know about ). If you update your details on regular basis it will add accuracy to what-you-burn-just-by-living. I'm not sure if Fitbit takes into account muscle mass although if you can update your body fat percentage than the muscle mass could be somehow estimated.
For each activity, the BMR is also accounted. So you can't burn less than your BMR per let's say an hour. As an example, my BMR is approximately 1296kcal ( depends on the calculator engine used ). It's 54kcal per hour burned just by the fact I'm alive. So My 1 hour of walking will not show me less than 54kcal. It will be 54kcal + what you burnt extra by the activity. Then, while you sleep, you will still see calories burnt in the morning. I woke up Today seeing ~500kcal burnt. It would be less if I took my watch off but not less than computed BMR.

As well as tracking calories burned through activity your fitbit also tracks your BMR calories. These are the calories you burn just keeping your body alive (even when asleep). They are calculated from your profile settings for age, height, weight etc so you needn't be wearing your fitbit to get them. What you are seeing includes the total BMR calories burned since midnight

But i wasnt wearing my watch at night while sleeping. I just weared in morning and walked 1112 steps and it shows me burned calories over 800. Thats insane. I want it to calculate normal calorie burning. Like i walk lets say 1000 step it should burn 30 calories for example . How can i see that

Because the BMR calories are calculated from your profile settings you don't need to be wearing your fitbit for them to be tracked.
I'm afraid you can't disable the tracking of BMR calories.

Good evening Steve,
The concept of BMR is acceptable, but the anomaly lies in the fact that while 8 hours of sleep burns 800 calories, 20 minutes of jogging costs me only 180 calories. The former is anomalous and highly disproportionate with the latter. I would request you to advise me in lieu of this discrepancy.
Thank you.

Let’s say you have a 2400 BMR. Divide BMR by 24 for calories burned per hour. 100cal/hr. A person burns 80% of their weight for every mile of jogging. Let’s say you ran 2 miles in 20 minutes and weigh 200lbs. That’s 320 calories plus the BMR of 33 during those 20 minutes equaling 353 calories burned. Make sure you’ve entered all of the correct information to get BMR and let the device know you’re running.
