This is the first time I use my Ionic and I think it's not accurate at all. It was charging all night (not wearing it) and when I woke up, I had apparently burned 990 calories! Do you know if I can have my Ionic fixed or what to do? Thank you!

The unit tracks your Base Metabolic Rate (BMR) which is those calories you burn just to stay alive (maintain body temp, pump blood, think, etc...). The day starts at midnight it just continues to add calories burned based on your stats. You can check the accuracy by going to various websites that have BMR calculators.
That said, 990 calories seems a bit high. What time did you check for the calories? Have you checked to make sure your personal stats (gender, age, weight, height) are correct in your profile? One other thing you can try, if you have not yet, is to restart the Ionic - this works to reboot the software which might have gone wonky as software tends to do. Press and hold the left and lower right button at the same time for about 5 or so seconds until the unit restarts.
