How do I monitor my heart rate during interval training? I can’t imagine a more important time to know my heart rate than when doing intense exercise but I can’t see how to do it. Thanks.

@User987654321 after starting the exercise just tap a stat in the middle of the screen until it shows you HR.

I can't get this to work. The intervals I set do not sync to my Ionic watch.
