Just bought the Ionic yesterday and it is my first Fitbit.
Had a fiasco trying to download the system upgrade- after 5 hours the Fitbit and I both gave up.
Now I am trying to find where I can change the clock to 24hr- I only have the app on my iPhone with which to do this. Is it possible via iPhone?
Many thanks.

Under "Advanced Settings" should be a long list of settings including the one for Clock Display Time. Have you looked at the User Manual I sent you a link to?

Go to Fitbit.com Dashboard and click on the Gear Icon at the upper right and then on Settings. Scroll down and choose 12/24 Hour as "Clock Display Time". Scroll on down and click on "Submit" and then sync your tracker.
Here is the User Manual.

Thanks for your reply.
Unfortubately in Settings I only have the choices of:
Exercise Tracking
Heart Rate Zones
Advanced Settings
For some reason none of these have the option of the clock.
I appreciate your help though.
Maybe I have a rogue Ionic!

Thanks, but for some reason there is nothing in Advanced Settings re. the clock or 24hr clock.
There are not that many options to scroll, just:
Time Zone
Set automatically
Time Zone
Units
Start week on
Country
Food Database
Sleep Sensitivity
Stride Length
Sadly, nothing about clock.
Perhaps the OS isn’t loaded properly or is malfunctioning.
I will try to find find out how to redo the OS update.
Thanks again.
I had a scroll through the manual, but am none the wiser.

I thought the 12/24hr clock setting was based on which was running on your phone. I use a 24hr clock on my iPhone, so my FitBit shows as 24hr clock. I would suggest setting your phone to a 24hr clock and see if that fixes it.
